White Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Easter Popcorn

Hello!
What a crazy busy week it's been.
It's Holy Week, the week before Spring Break AND my grades are due tomorrow. Ack!
Both girls have had field trips, Kate had 2 softball games, Dyeing Easter Eggs, we celebrated Easter with Kevin's family...And, Luke has a fever, so I've had no time to blog this week. Phew!
The girls did ask me to make Bunny Tails Easter Popcorn this week, so of course we did and I thought I would share the recipe with you since it is super quick to make and it makes for a fun snack!
What is Bunny Tails Easter Popcorn?
It's......
White Chocolate Peanut Butter M&M Marshmallow Popcorn
And, it's SO good!
It's very similar to my White Chocolate Peanut Butter Valentine's Popcorn (Recipe HERE} but with the Easter version you use Easter M&M's and mini Marshmallows (aka Bunny Tails)
Here is what you need:
- 2 packages of microwave popcorn (I used homestyle because it isn't too buttery)
- 10 oz of White Chocolate Chips or White Almond Bark
-  1/2 cup Peanut Butter (I use Skippy)
- 2 cups of mini Marhsmallows
- Easter M&M's
- Easter or pastel colored sprinkles

Directions:
Pop 2 bags of Microwave Popcorn & pour them into a bowl (let cool for 10-15 minutes)
***Make sure you get all the un-popped kernels out of the bag***
While your Popcorn is cooling, heat up your white chocolate/almond bark in the microwave or in a double boiler.
I heated mine in the microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. For the last 2 intervals, I added in the 1/2 cup of peanut butter.

The white chocolate & peanut butter all nice & melted.
Add the Easter m&m's to the cooled popcorn.
Stir & then add the marshmallows.
Now pour the white chocolate/peanut butter mix to the popcorn:
Stir & Coat the popcorn/m&m's/marshmallows & then add the sprinkles.
Stir some more until everything is coated evenly.
Lay out a piece of wax paper on a cookie sheet & spread out the popcorn onto that:
Set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
When you are ready to serve it, put it in a bowl!
My girls love eating this as an after school snack!
I store the rest in an airtight container in the fridge.
We love this treat, hope you do also!

 +++++++++++++++++++++++++
