Did you know that May 15th is National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day?
In honor of that, here is one of my favorite, favorite, favorite cookie recipes!
It calls for 3 types of chocolate chips!
Milk chocolate, Semi Sweet and White Chocolate!

It calls for 3 types of chocolate chips!
Milk chocolate, Semi Sweet and White Chocolate!
(If you want to add dark chocolate, you can swap that out for one of the chocolate)
Here is what you need:
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 T vanilla
¾ t baking soda
1 t salt
3 cups flour
1 package Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup of White Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir until combined.
Add dry ingredients & Mix in chocolate chips.
Add dry ingredients & Mix in chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to make balls of dough:
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
When cool, transfer to a wire cooling rack.
Yum. These cookies are perfect. Soft & Delicious.
Try not to eat the whole batch. They are SO good.
So, there you have it.

She wasn't due until May 22nd, but had her yesterday on the 15th.

ReplyDeleteI didn't know it was national chocolate chip cookie day until I posted a recipe yesterday for caramel chocolate chip cookies, and later my aunt told me about the holiday. Ironic :)

ReplyDeleteUm yum!! I will be picking up everything to make these this weekend. I really think you should offer a weekend cooking class....I would be in! Or if you ever need a food taster I would be in for that as well...I am not that far away. :)
