Creamy Corn Bake

Thanksgiving Dinner is one of my favorite meals of the entire year.
I love it all...Turkey, fresh cranberry sauce, my mom's Sausage Stuffing, Sweet Potatoes Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Creamy Corn Bake.
Our family has been making this Creamy Corn Bake for as long as I can remember.
I think the original recipe came from a church cookbook.
It is so good & so delicious. T
his is one of the items I usually bring to my parents house for Thanksgiving (along with my Pumpkin Cheesecake)

Here is what you need:
- 1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can of Corn
-1 can of Creamed Corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup  Sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick)

Directions:
Beat the eggs & sugar for about a minute:
It will look like this:
Then add in the corn (not drained), creamed corn, melted butter, sour cream & box of corn muffin mix:
Mix together until all combined:
Pour into an 8x8 pan:
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes before you serve it.
This Corn Bake is so easy to make & it's delicious. We don't have dinner rolls with Thanksgiving dinner....this is our bread....it's kind of like cornbread, but not as firm.
I hope you love this Thanksgiving side dish as much as we do!

What is your favorite Thanksgiving Dish?
What do you usually make & bring for Thanksgiving Dinner?
I can't believe Thanksgiving is less than 2 weeks away!
