When we first bought our house 3 years ago, one of the things I was most excited about was that our house had a pool in the backyard. Growing up, I always wanted a pool in my backyard.

I am so glad we have a pool because one of my favorite things to do in the summer is to have people over to swim. I love having impromptu pool parties, BBQs and inviting people over to cool off during the hot summer months. 

Because we have a pool, we have a lot of impromptu pool parties, so I always make sure that I have snacks on hand to offer our guests. One thing I ALWAYS have stocked in my freezer is some sort of frozen treat like ice cream sandwiches, popsicles or frozen fruit bars. 

 I was thrilled when Outshine asked me to review their new Fruit Bars they provided me because it is a product that we love and always have on hand in our freezer during the summer months.

You may recognize these fruit bars. 

They are DREYER’S on the west coast and Edy’s on the east coast. 

The DREYER’S (or Edy’s) Fruit Bars you know and love are now called Outshine bars. 

They are still made with real fruit or fruit juice. 

Last summer when I was pregnant with Luke, I craved these fruit bars and had at least one a day (and so did my sister...she even had them for breakfast on really hot days)
