One of my favorite things about pumpkins is carving them so that you can make toasted pumpkin seeds!
Here is a yummy & easy pumpkin seed recipe for you to try out!
Here is what you need:

Do not wash the seeds. It is good to have some of the orange stuff on the seeds!
Hollow that pumpkin out!
For every 2 cups of seeds, use 2 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1.5 tsp. salt.
After they are cooled, I store them in an airtight container. They are such a fun snack. Even my girls like them.
So, when you are carving your pumpkins this week, be sure and save the seeds so you can make homemade toasted pumpkin seeds!
Also, I had an idea after I read some of the comments on the For the Win post yesterday.
It was so fun looking back at the past few weeks and remembering the big (& little) things that made me smile & exclaim, For the Win!
I am thinking maybe I will do a once a month FTW link up so that others can join in the For the Win fun! Maybe the last day of each month, so that you can look back on the month & post about things that made you say FTW! (It's just so fun to say!)
What do you guys think? Yay or Nay to a For the Win link up?
Think about it as you make some pumpkin seeds :)
