Do you Squeeze or Spoon? {Plus a $100 Visa Gift Card Giveaway!}

One of the things I was most looking forward to this summer was that I didn't have to pack snacks & lunches for my girls.
Can I get an Amen?
But, then a few days into summer I realized I am still having to make them lunch each day and they still want snacks each day, especially with all the activities we are doing this summer, like swim team, day trips and vacations!
My kids are constantly asking for snacks all day and I am trying to give them healthy ones.
We recently got a new kitchen island and on the island I have storage baskets.
One of those storage baskets is where I keep healthy snack options for my kids.
They know that they don't have to ask if they can have anything in this basket, they can help themselves to whatever is in it!
It has cut down on the "Mom, I'm Hungry.... can I have a snack?!?" that I used to hear 10 times a day. If they say they are hungry I say, "Grab something from the snack basket"
I have a variety of healthy snacks in it...granola bars, cereal bars, raisins and Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers.
Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers offers the goodness of 1½ servings of fruits and vegetables.
Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers and Plastic Fruit Cups have no high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors. These products are an excellent source of Vitamin C and are gluten free.
Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers and Plastic Fruit Cups are available at your local grocery store.
When we were in Tahoe a couple weeks ago, I picked up a couple boxes of the Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers while we were there.
It is the perfect snack for the beach...no spoon needed, just squeeze!
Luke loved the Fruit & Veggie Blueberry Fruit Squeezer.
He carried it around the beach as he checked out the water & played.
He is my kid who doesn't like veggies, so I am glad that he is able to get some veggies with the Fruit Squeezers.
Both girls loved them also & Kate asked if she could have these in her school lunches this fall. I am always looking for ideas for her lunches since she is such a picky eater.

Not only will I be putting these in their lunches, I will be bringing them to swim meets for the rest of the summer. Swim meets make my girls so hungry & I am always looking for healthy snack ideas for them at their swim meets.
There are several flavor varieties that Del Monte offers:
Fruit & Veggies Squeezers: Blueberry, Apple Cinnamon, Peach Mango
Fruit Only Squeezers: Mixed Berry, Strawberry
Plastic Fruit Cup Flavor is Pineapple Coconut!
I am excited to Add Some Garden to my kids Lunchbox this Fall with Del Monte Squeezers that are Bursting with Life!
Del Monte & BlogHer have teamed up to giveaway a $100 Visa gift card.
Just answer the question:
Do your kids prefer to Squeeze or Spoon?
I know my girls prefer to squeeze! Every time I have sent an applesauce to school with a spoon, it is either unopened or if they do eat it, the throw away the spoon also! Squeezing is so much easier!
Share your answer below for a chance to win a $100 VISA Gift Card.
Also, if you share a photo of your kids’ favorite Del Monte Squeeze or Spoon snack on the Del Monte Facebook page here between August 1st and September 1st, you could win one of two $10,000 GRAND PRIZES for your kids’ school!
