I LOVE Snickerdoodles. But they have to be soft!
These are so soft & so amazing.
They are the best Snickerdoodles EVER.
I promise you can't just eat one. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I promise you can't just eat one. Don't say I didn't warn you!
Here is what you need:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Cinnamon & Sugar
Like I have mentioned before, I am a cookie snob and I am all about soft cookies.
In a bowl, cream softened butter and sugars together.
Add eggs and vanilla.
I always add in a dash of cinnamon to the mix!

Combine topping sugar and cinnamon together.

Bake for 12-14 minutes depending on your oven.

After they have cooled, try not to eat all of them!

Yum! Snickerdoodles are my hubby's absolute favorite Christmas cookie. He's a fan of the soft cookie too.

ReplyDeleteYummo! I am a cookie snob, too! I had to wait a few hours at the airport before my flight the other day, so I went to a coffee shop near my gate.. My eyes lit up when I saw that they had snickerdoodles.. Bit into it and it was rock hard! Boo! :( That cookie wasn't cheap, either! LOL. Can't wait to try out your recipe and some from the linky party. I was hoping to get one posted, but ran out of time.
ReplyDeleteoh wow! Those look good! I'm linking up - but mine technically isn't a cookie - hope that's ok! :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! My husband asks me to make snickerdoodles all the time. I have a recipe to link up but it's not original. Should I still share it? Always love your recipe link up parties!
