I have FOUR Pin-spired outfits this month.
Outfit #1 Mint Jeans
I have officially jumped on the colored jeans/pants bandwagon.
I have several outfits pinned for mint pants, but here are 2 photos that I was pinspired by:
I liked the combo of mint pants with a pop of yellow.
Here is my outfit:
Bracelets: // Target
I liked this outfit even though I felt like an Easter Egg...so many pastel colors! I did like the mint & yellow together. Next time (if it's not too hot) I will wear my jean jacket with this outfit.
Outfit #2 Gathered Navy Dress
I have been seeing dresses like this all over..on the internet & in real life.
They always looked so cute. I like how the dress is gathered/sinched at the waist, but I was nervous that it wouldn't work on my post partum body, but it worked out. I loved how it fit. So comfy!
LOVE it. So comfortable & so versatile! Similar dress {here}
Necklace : Etsy (can't find the seller on there anymore, I got it over a year ago)
Bracelets: // Target
Outfit #3 Coral Pants with a Lacy Top
The pin:
My Outfit:
Pants: Here // Shirt: Here
I LOVE these Rockstar Jeans from Old Navy, especially because they are LONG enough! I ordered them online because they sell Tall online (but not in stores)

This was my favorite outfit this month!
I loved the combo...would have never put coral & lace together!
The lace shirt, bright pants & green grass made me happy. Loved this combo!
Outfit #4: White, Navy & Yellow
I had 2 pins that inspired my outfit.
I knew I wanted to wear white crops with my new navy shirt. Then I saw this next pin & decided to add pop of color with the necklace.
Here is my outfit:
Shirt: Here // White Crop Pants: Here (most comfortable pants ever!) They are stretchy & don't wrinkle. And, they aren't see through like some white pants.
Yellow Necklace: Here (I also have it in red!)
I liked this outfit and I think you could do a pop of any color with the necklace. Next time I wear it, I might wear a red necklace, or maybe a coral one or a kelly green necklace. This was a perfect work outfit.
I wore A LOT of Target & Old Navy this past month! 2 of my go-to stores, for sure!

Looks great. I just started my own blog and would love anyone to stop by and check it out. Thanks! www.happierhappenings.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteMel, I love all your outfits!! So glad you jumped on the colored skinny jean bandwagon! They look great, and I especially like the mint and yellow together! All your bracelets are so pretty, too!! And your blue dress with the boots is adorable!! I can relate to the tall thing because I'm 5'8". It's not so bad, though! ;)
ReplyDeleteUgh, I forgot to pin outfits this past month again!! I am totally inspired by yours, Mel! I love all of them!
ReplyDeleteLOVE all of your outfits! I have that same blue dress.. I wore it with boots too!! Super cute :)
ReplyDeleteI love how you didn't own a single pair of colored skinnies when you started this and now you practically have the whole rainbow!! PS. I have to say that of the three hosts, your outfits are ALWAYS my favorite!!
ReplyDeleteAwesome pinspired looks! I love the pops of yellow (my current color obsession). The navy dress and boots is a very chic casual look. Love!
ReplyDeleteYour blue and yellow rose necklace is adorable! I won a 3 rosette necklace from a blog giveaway and the roses look similar. You might be able to talk to Marie at http://www.etsy.com/shop/TheLincBetweenUs?ref=ss_profile and see if she could make you something similar if you're looking!
ReplyDeleteI love these posts!! I'm a May baby too! Although this is one birthday I don't really want. I'm turning, um, 40!!! eek!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the mint and yellow. I used a different outfit in those colors this month, but I am inspired to see how many other outfits I can create using that color combo now. I am officially obsessed with the colored skinny trends. I blame it on the fact that I was pregnant last year when the trend hit Chicago. We now live in San Diego and I want skinnies in every color.
