GREAT giveaway, Mel! I'd love to win because I've given her cookbook away as gifts twice now and don't even have it myself! I've only tried to make two of her recipes: pot roast and mashed potatoes. I'd never made mashed potatoes from scratch before. Holy butter, were they ever good!
