Here is a sneak peek of our day on May 10th!
I love documenting the ordinary things of our day & looking back at them each month!
Here is a sneak peak at our day....it was BUSY!

Walking into school...ready for a busy day!

Getting my desk organized for the day. Laptop? Check. Grading Book? Check. Planner? Check?
Coffee? Check. Larabar? Check.
It's Teacher Appreciation Week, so the PTA had a Luncheon for us. Chicken Ceaser Wrap...Yum!
Headed back to my classroom to get it organized for Open House!
Then, I picked up Luke and we went home....the mail had arrived, along with some packages including some Rodan + Fields Mini Facials!
If you haven't tried R+F before, but want to...I will send you a free mini facial. I have 10 of these I can send out. Leave a comment or send an email if you want to try it for FREE!

We also played some Legos before getting the girls. I love his imagination...he LOVES Legos!
We picked up Claire from school (Kate had to stay at school for a Girl Scouts meeting) Claire, Luke and I headed to Anthro to get some mugs for all their teachers/support staff for Teacher Appreciation.
This is a newer monogram mug that they have, so bright & colorful. We bought 8 mugs (gotta make sure we get all their teachers & support staff!)
I used THIS printable.

We swung by their school to get Kate and then we headed to Starbucks to get the Starbucks gift cards to add to their mugs.
They were all hungry, so they got cake pops & I got a Black Iced Tea with a splash of peach. I got a grande in a venti cup because I love extra ice :)

We rushed home and got Luke ready for his baseball game.
Luke (#5) after he got a hit & was running to 1st base.

Then, I headed back to school for my 15th Open House!
(My first year of teaching I started teaching the 2nd semester because I took over for a teacher who moved to Washington, so I did Open House that year, but this is my 14th full school year of teaching)
This is one of my favorite projects...Linear Equations & Slope Intercept Stained Glass. Lots of math involved & also so colorful. Middle school math can be fun...I promise!!!

After Open House, I came back home and I was SO hungry since I hadn't had dinner yet. Kids were in bed & I heated up some of my homemade Lasagna. I poured a glass of wine, sat outside by the firepit & started re-reading the first Harry Potter book. We are heading to Harry Potter World next weekend, so I wanted to re-read the book since it's been over 10 years since I read it!
Side Note: One of the things our kids Elementary School did for Teacher Appreciation was have parents sign up to bring their teachers a meal! I signed up to bring Claire's teacher dinner on Tuesday & her favorite meal is Lasagna, so I made her one & I doubled the recipe so that we could have one also. Italian Sausage Lasagna recipe {HERE}. I was so glad I made one for us also, because it was perfect for us to have tonight since it was such a crazy day.

So, there you have it. A sneak peek into our day.
It was fun, it was busy & I am ready for bed :)

  4. I'm so excited right now, I just have to share my testimony on this Forum.. The feeling of being loved takes away so much burden from our shoulders. I had all this but I made a big mistake when I cheated on my wife with another woman  and my wife left me for over 4 months after she found out..  I was lonely, sad and devastated. Luckily I was directed to a very powerful spell caster Dr Emu who helped me cast a spell of reconciliation on our Relationship and he brought back my wife and now she loves me far more than ever.. I'm so happy with life now. Thank you so much Dr Emu, kindly Contact  Dr Emu Today and get any kind of help you want..
