Nutella Brownies

Yeah, you read that right.
NUTELLA BROWNIES.
They couldn't be easier to make!
{Original recipe here, I adapted it slightly}

And, there are only a few ingriedents:
1 jar Nutella
2/3 cup flour
2 eggs
 Here are the steps:
Add the Nutella, eggs & flour to a bowl.
Mix until ingredients are combined.

This batter is THICK (I think because of the Nutella)
Use a cookie scoop & put the batter in cupcake liners

Add sprinkles if you want!
Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes, until the center is cooked (Do NOT over bake!!!)
*Makes 12 Brownies....the others didn't make it to get photographed, they were eaten right away*

Enjoy! And, You are welcome!

  8. Mel, I have to say. I have had some of the hardest three weeks in my entire life, and the past two days have been some of the worst. My best friend's 2 year old got diagnosed with and had surgery for a malignant brain tumor. He is still in the ICU, and had some terrible complications.

    I had to work late last night (a software release until 2:30AM). I saw this pop up in my reader last night and immediately made them. LOVED THEM. Exactly what I needed right now in my life.
