Giveaway # 1 - Lil Blue Boo
Lil Blue Boo is all about encouraging others to find their creative streak through our DIY Blog, Sewing Patterns and Clothing Line.

The Lil Blue Boo blog is where a love of sewing, painting, printing, power tools, recycling and motherhood all collide. This is where you will find a wide variety of tutorials, free downloads, business and photography tips, and so much more.
The pattern line grew out of a love of new and reclaimed knits. Sewing patterns by Lil Blue Boo are easy enough for a beginner, but include a variety of options for advanced sewers.
I love Lil Blue Boo. I first found out about Ashley & her clothing in 2009. My first purchase from her was a dress for Kate (see below) it was for Kate's 3rd Birthday Photo Shoot and was one of the first purple items I bought for Kate. I also had them custom design a ladybug dress for Claire's 2nd Birthday Ladybug Party last year. All their clothing is up-cycled.
If you can sew, this giveaway is perfect for you!!!

Hi Mel- Happy Birthday! My favorite gift that I ever gave was the surprise 40th party I threw for my hubby- he was in shock and enjoyed every minute of the shindig- it was a gift to me to see how happy he was!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite gift that I've ever received was my "Mommy ring". It was really for my first Mother's Day, but it was the best gift! My husband had a sapphire (the color of our daughter's eyes) put into my engagement ring setting (we had the diamond put into a different setting when we got married).

ReplyDeleteThe best gift I ever received was a rawhide bone and a notecard. My mom wrapped up the bone for my 10th birthday, and the note said we were getting a dog. I literally jumped up and down for the rest of the night, I was so excited. Dakota was the best dog I could have ever wished for, and we had 9 great years together.

ReplyDeleteThe best birthday gift I've ever given was to my dad. Growing up I spent a lot of time with my dad and we developed a similar taste in music. When I was a junior in college, Billy Joel was doing his farewell (solo) tour. One of the stops on his tour was my college town. I got two tickets and told my dad to just come and see me that weekend. He didn't know what we were doing until he got there. (a 4 hour drive for him). It was an awesome concert and one of my favorite memories!
