10 year Blogoversary Giveaway!

Today is my blog's 10th Birthday.
A DECADE of blogging. I can't even believe it.
10 years ago on 8-8-08, I was 8 months pregnant with Claire, watching the Opening Ceremonies of the 2008 Beijing Olympics and I decided to start a blog.
I had been wanting to start a blog to document our family & I decided to finally start a blog that day because the date was cool 08-08-08 .
I am a math teacher & numbers nerd, bear with me ;)
Here I am 10 years later with a 11.5 year old Kate (who is going to Middle School Orientation TODAY!) an almost 10 year old Claire (who is going into 4th grade) & soon to be 6 year old Luke (tomorrow!!!!) and is starting Kindergarten.

10 Years. A Decade. Wow.
I had no idea how much blogging would enrich my life.
I have meet & become friends with people because of this blog.
I have had a lot of neat opportunities because of this blog.
I have loved having this blog as a creative outlet for sharing recipes, printables & parties & other randomness!
Like always, in honor of my blogoversary, I have a giveaway planned as a THANK YOU for reading my blog!
Before we get to the giveaway, I thought I would recap some memorable moments over the past 10 years.
The most viewed post on my blog is my "Easiest Dinner Ever"

This recipe has been viewed almost 2 million times. WHAT?!?!?
And, it is my most controversial post....it is the post I have gotten the most negative comments on. You either love this recipe or you hate it.
We love it...It's one of my go-to recipes. And, it's the easiest!
This year I converted the easiest dinner ever recipe to the Instant Pot.
Click HERE for those instructions...it's even easier!
over 200 recipes (!!!!)
You can see all my recipes in my Recipe Box tab or click HERE

The most "popular" party that I have thrown is Claire's Cowgirl Party.

I must say, that is probably my favorite party I have thrown also.
It's been almost 7 years since I threw that party and I think there is still some hay in our backyard from all those hay bales....Sorry Kevin ;)

You can see all my party posts HERE on the party tab!
In the past 10 years, I have made over 30 free printables.
The most popular downloaded ones have been my Christmas Cookie in a Jar Printable
A close 2nd to my most downloaded free printable is my Thankful for You Pumpkin Bread Printable:
Other memorable posts over the past 10 years:

When I wrote about Working Mom Guilt....HERE
I wrote about being The Best Mom Ever. Then having kids....HERE
My most embarrassing moment....read about it HERE
My grossest moment as a Mom....read about it HERE
One of my favorite posts...when I won Blogher's Voice of the Year in 2013:
Yes, I am one of THOSE Moms....read it HERE
One of my favorite Parenting Fails with Elf on the Shelf....read it HERE.

One of my favorite parts of my blog is that every 10th of the  month since October 2008, I have done 10 on 10 where I have taken 10 photos every hour for 10 hours on the 10th of the month.
I LOVE looking back on those posts seeing what everyday life was like.
I first started that when Claire was 1 month old and Kate was just 20 months old.
Those first few years were a blur, but I am glad that at least once a month I had a sneak peek into what our daily life was like. And, I'm actually a little proud of myself that I havne't missed doing a 10 on 10 yet!
Blogging has changed so much in the past 10 years.
I started this blog as a family scrapbook...it has obviously morphed & changed over the past decade.
You have probably noticed that the past few years I have blogged less and less about my kids.
Just trying to give them more privacy as they are growing up and getting older.

I am curious....what things do you like me to blog about?
Recipes? Parties? Printables? Shopping? Fashion? Parenting? Randomness?
Anything you would like me to blog about more (or less?)
In honor of my 10 year blogoversary, I am giving away a $500 giftcard to one of my favorite places...TARGET!

Is this perfect timing for Back to School or what?!?!
***Use the Rafflecopter below to Enter!***
This giveaway ends on Tuesday, August 14th

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to read my blog, listen to my ramblings, try my recipes, use my printables, look at my pictures & leave comments.
It honestly surprises me that people actually read my blog.
I am just a normal girl who loves Jesus, my husband, 2 girls & my sweet Luke.
I appreciate the time you take out of your day to read & comment.
Thank you for reading my randomness!

It has been such a fun experience blogging these past 10 years!
I have loved having this tiny piece of the internet..my hope is that when you read my blog you will be encouraged, maybe get a recipe idea for your family or leave with a smile on your face.
Life isn't always easy and I want this blog to be a happy & positive place, but I also want to keep it real.

Thank YOU for being a part of our lives the past 10 years and watching all of us "grow up".

Who knows how long I will keep blogging, but from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for your  love and support the past decade!!! a Rafflecopter giveaway
